CaLP Programme Quality Toolbox

The Programme Quality Toolbox supports the development, maintenance and review of quality Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) by making it easy to explore and select the right industry guidance. It consists of a set of common standards and actions for quality cash and voucher assistance, organised according to the stages of the CVA programme cycle. Each action is supported by a set of guidelines and ready-to-use tools and templates to explain how to achieve quality CVA.
