The process of systematically analysing, critically reviewing and learning from current or previous humanitarian sanitation interventions. How does accumulated knowledge and experience translate into individual, organisational or sector learning? What does it take to continuously ensure (and improve) the quality of the response as well as the accountability of the responders? And: How to strengthen capacities to enable humanitarian responders and affected people to address WASH needs effectively?
